We use high pressure only for your hard surfaces such as concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios, composite decking, and more. Here in the Pacific North West, we are usually called for power washing when there is already a substantial buildup of algae, mold, and moss. So we pre-treat and post-treat all concrete surfaces with a mixture of water, surfactant, and chlorine. Once the organic growth has been pre-treated, it washes away during the power washing. After a thorough rinse, we post-treat the surface to sanitize it. This method lasts 2-4 times longer than power washing alone. If you have stubborn stains such as rust or oil, we also can treat them with safe chemicals and hot water, although they may not completely disappear.
